Last year, Blizzard gamers from all over the world gathered to attend BlizzCon in Anaheim, California, and the Worldwide Invitational 2007 in Seoul, Korea. Now we are looking forward to sharing another exciting event with all of you at the first Blizzard convention to be held in Europe!
The 2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational in Paris will not only feature invitational and community tournaments, but also many of the great attractions we have run at previous Blizzard conventions. With Q&A panels with developers of your favorite Blizzard games, great dance, costume and machinima contests with live exhibitions during the event, live musical performances, and much, much more, we’ve planned an exciting show for all attendees.

BlizzCon 2007
During BlizzCon 2007, gamers from around the globe joined together in Anaheim, California, to take part in developer panels, battle with their fellow players, and indulge in the variety of entertainment available. On top of that, Blizzard announced the next expansion to World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, and we also revealed a ton of new details about StarCraft II.
