Our Account and Billing department provides assistance with account and billing issues you may have with your World of Warcraft and Battle.net accounts.
Our phone-support opening hours are:
- 10:30 am to 08:00 pm (Paris time), on Monday and Tuesday.
- 11:30 am to 08:00 pm (Paris time), on Wednesday.
- 10:30 am to 08:00 pm (Paris time), on Thursday.
- 10:30 am to 07:00 pm (Paris time), on Friday.
Phone support is provided in English, French, German, Spanish and Russian. As we have many nationalities in Blizzard Europe, we may be able to answer your queries in other languages but this service cannot be guaranteed. • Name registered on the account
• Email address registered on the account
• Answer to the Secret Question originally registered on the account.
• Standard World of Warcraft Authentication key
• Payment information most recently registered on the account.
