Our European Technical Support department can help you with any technical problem that is preventing you from being able to install or play World of Warcraft. They can also assist you with any errors in-game, such as graphical or sound problems.
Our phone-support opening hours are:

- 11:30 am to 08:00 pm (Paris time), on Wednesday
- 10:30 am to 08:00 pm (Paris time), on Thursday

Phone support is provided in English, French, Spanish, and German. As we have many nationalities in Blizzard Europe, we may be able to answer your queries in other languages, but this service cannot be guaranteed.
