Warcraft Regional Finals 2008 - Europe

SPOTLIGHT

With the Intel Extreme Master Series Season III, Nihilum Plasma and x6tence have started to win the hearts of the European Community! We knew that both teams had come prepared, now we know their thirst for victory!

Indeed, our two European teams truly dominated the Intel Extreme Master Series Season III, held in Los Angeles from the 3rd to the 5th of October. After the group phase and the playoffs they met in the grand final, just like at the Blizzard European Regionals in Madrid and x6tence managed again to beat Nihilum Plasma.

This looks very promising for the Arena Tournament World Finals that will be held during BlizzCon, even if the competitors will not be the same. Let’s sit back and relax, so we can enjoy a spotlight on the North American, Korean, and Taiwanese teams that will face our European ambassadors in the Convention Center of Anaheim from the 10th to the 11th of October.
