Game Master - Russian

Location: Cork, Ireland or Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate

• In-Game Incidents
• Answer community incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
• Answer technical incidents or forward them to technical support team
• Assist and manage the community
• Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
• Help new players learn the game
• Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community
• Make a weekly report to the Team leader
• Handle and centralize bug reports; GMs should identify recurrent bugs and include them in the weekly reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian
• Previous experience in Online / Web activities
• A strong motivation and high level of commitment
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Fluent in English
• Autonomy and rigor are requested skills
• Passion for playing MMORPGs
• Good knowledge of World of Warcraft

PLUSES

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• MMORPG working experience
• Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…)
• Knowledge of other European languages
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
