Customer and Billing Support - French

Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for French Billing Service Representatives.

Our account services department assists customers with their billing-related issues, over the phone, and via e-mail, in addition to answering questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.

Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide excellent customer service and provide assistance to inquiries and/or issues on consumer products and customer accounts over the phone and e-mail
  • Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly
  • Provide customers information on account status, transactions, and billing issues they may have.
  • Make a weekly report to the team Senior
  • Report bugs: from customer incidents, identify recurrent bugs and include them in weekly reporting

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Previous experience in Online / Web / MMORPG activities and/or experience interacting with customers and handling credit-card transactions
  • A strong motivation and high level of commitment
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • Autonomy and rigor are requested
  • Computer experience

PLUSES

  • MMORPG experience
  • Knowledge of another European language
  • Experience in phone support
